Why Mobile

Pet owners should be aware that mobile grooming is especially beneficial for older pets and/or pets with health issues as our pets are never crate dried or interact with each other (unless you would like siblings to be groomed together). Because your pet is groomed in your driveway, time spent away from home is at a minimum. You also have the added convenience of not having to make two trips to the grooming shop. To ensure the safety of every pet, we ask our clients to advise us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or health issues. Updated vaccinations are required for each pet and proof must be provided upon request. We would also like to be informed of your pets prior grooming history. Blissful Mobile Grooming is interested in any information you can offer us about your pet so we can get to know them better and make their first grooming experience with us a positive one.

Aggressive Pets

Aggression can be caused by many factors such as fear, anger, pain, and sometimes is a learned behavior. We understand that some forms of 'aggression' are common. No one wants their toes touched by a stranger! So we consider grooming pets on aggression levels 1-3 out of 5. If your pet is nervous, shy, love bites, or has any behavior issues, please inform us when you call so we can schedule sufficient time.

We define 'aggression' as any pet that puts its teeth or attempts to put its teeth on us during the grooming process for any reason. If we arrive at your home and your pet cannot be groomed, we charge a $50.00 fee for a service call so please be honest about your pet's behavior. If the groom has started but cannot be finished, we will charge full price for the groom.


We do not groom dogs who are infested with fleas, ticks, or parasites. Please discuss pest preventative options with your veterinarian at your next appointment. Any pet found to have a flea, tick, or parasite infestation will be charged a $75 clean up fee to disinfect/eradicate any possibility of flea eggs/ticks from our Mobile Salon and your pet. This fee is added to your service total.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24 hours notice. In the event of an emergency please contact us as soon as possible. If we arrive for a scheduled, confirmed appointment and there is no one home, no contact, or further instructions (i.e. the key is under the mat), you will be responsible for a $50.00 Mobile Fee.


  • We need a place to park the mobile grooming van. It may be on the street in front of your house, in your driveway, a specific area of the parking lot of your condo, etc. Please let us know in advance where is the best place to park.
  • If your street is block for any reason (snow, tree fell, construction) you must let us know so we can make arrangements or reschedule your appointment.
  • In the event of a parking ban, we will have to park in your driveway, reschedule, and/or make alt arrangements such as meeting in a local parking lot.

Transporting to/from the van

Blissful Mobile Grooming is not responsible for loose pets. Should a pet come loose due to lack of, or loose fitted restraints (collars, harnesses, etc.) Blissful Mobile Grooming is not responsible for any injuries, or damages that result.

We are currently ONLY able to accept lap-sized dogs

Blissful Mobile Grooming is currently ONLY accepting lap sized dogs.

I know every labrador, golden, and standard doodle thinks they are lap-dogs, but my van and equipment is designed specifically for X-Small (0.5-5lbs), Small (5-15lbs), and Medium (15-35lb) sized dogs up to 18 inches tall.
